Momento provides board game rentals, casino table rentals, role-playing game (LARP) organization, sports game rentals, and event organization services. We also offer board game sales.
Orders are placed by filling out our contact form or contacting us directly. All reservations are confirmed in writing or by email. We reserve the right to refuse services if equipment is not available on the selected date.
All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and include VAT. The final price is confirmed individually depending on event specifics, duration, and required equipment. Payment terms are agreed upon individually.
Order cancellation or changes must be communicated in writing at least 7 days before the event date. Later cancellations may incur a cancellation fee. Specific terms are agreed upon individually.
The client is responsible for rented equipment and its safety during the event. The client may be held liable for equipment damage or loss. Equipment must be used according to our instructions and safety requirements.
Momento assumes no liability for losses or damages resulting from the use of services, except in cases where it arose from our intentional actions or gross negligence.
